Information connected to your account
Simply Safe Legacy may process account details, information you add to a vault, uploaded documents, trusted-person and permission choices, support correspondence, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the features you request, maintain your account, respond to support questions, improve reliability and usability, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You decide what legacy information to add and which trusted people to connect. Keep permissions current and avoid adding information that is not needed for the purpose of your vault. Account and data-management options may be available through the application or support.
Service providers and legal requirements
Simply Safe Legacy may rely on service providers to operate essential functions such as authentication, hosting, storage, support, and payments. Information may also be handled where required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or respond to valid legal process.
Data care
The service is designed for sensitive information and uses modern security practices appropriate to the product. No online service can promise absolute security. Use a strong account, protect your sign-in method, and contact us if you believe access has been compromised.
